By creating an account or using Tavio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.

2. Our Services

Tavio provides AI-powered content generation tools including image generation, video creation, text-to-speech, and more. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Tokens and Payment

Tokens are used to access AI generation services. Tokens do not expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable. Subscription tokens are granted monthly and reset with each billing cycle.

5. Content Policy

You retain ownership of content you create. However, you grant us a license to store and process your content. You must not generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Tavio to: create illegal content, harass or harm others, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or circumvent our security measures.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any remaining tokens.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tavio is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
